Located at 2601 meters above sea level, in the glacial valley just below the Passo Cassana, with successful restructuring of a defensive barracks, built in 1912, has a large terrace with tables and inside two large dining rooms Destination for excursions and trekking Alpine, including international, is located in an area of interest from natural and and historical-cultural point.
The service of a mountain hotel is open from the summer of 1984: the guest is welcomed in a comfortable, furnished in alpine style, with the possibility to choose room with breakfast, half board or full board.
Breakfast is made with local products and the restaurant offers appetizers, main dishes, pasta and tasting of local cheeses, desserts and traditional sweets Valtellina, accompanied by the famous wines of Valtellina.
A wide choice of teas, teas and herbal liqueurs and fruits Alpine.
Opening period: from 15 June to 30 September (weather permitting); can be reached on foot, about two hours from Livigno and in about four hours from S-chanf, Engadin, Grisons (CH).
