Purposely open to the public for the tasting of typical products of our valley, such as red wine produced along the ancient terracings in the mountain of Valtellina, delicious cheese, delicatessen products, rye bread and the traditional bisciola (a rustic cake for special occasions with nuts, figs and raisins). 
Through the villages you’ll meet with typical small desks where you’ll have the possibility to buy the pass (you’ll have to keep it and stamp it at the entrance of every cellar) and the map on which the location of the cellars are marked. 
The visitors will be given the official glass of the event with the pocket where to put the glass. The pocket will be of the colour of the chosen route for the tasting of the D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wine in their natural environment.
