Pizzocchero d'Oro

Teglio, a village rich in art and culture, will celebrate its popular speciality called "Pizzoccheri", rustic noodles made from buckwheat flour. On 10th-11th, 17th-18th and 24th-25th September
Three week-ends dedicated to the protagonists of the Valtellina’s gastronomy: buckwheat flour, Casera cheese, famous red wines, honey and naturally... the greedy pizzoccheri! Tastings, local cookery school and a spectacular competition between skilful people cooking pizzoccheri are the most important points of this event.
