Bitto is the typical cheese of this area, and this is the Autumn event that promotes the wine and the flavours, the handicraft and the traditions of Valtellina and Valchiavenna. In Morbegno, from 14th to 16th October
Typical tasting products, an area of great beauty, the charm of a valley that preserves its ancient heart, old atmospheres with an invaluable heritage of history, culture and traditions: all these elements are on stage at the provincial Faircentre of Morbegno. Cheese, wine, bresaola (the typical cured meat of Valtellina), apples, pizzoccheri (rustic noodles made from buckwheat fluor) and honey are the great protagonists of this edition.
