Sagra dei Crotti
4th and from 9th to 11th September 2011
This festival gives the opportunity to taste typical products in the characteristic "Crotti". There will be also a great kermess of cultural, folkloristic and sporting events. On Sunday 4th and from 9th to 11th September
The festival takes place in Chiavenna and gives the opportunity of enjoying the typical products inside the characteristic "Crotti" (some cellars created in the natural mountain’s hollows) and to attend a rich kermess of cultural, folkloristic and sporting events. Inside these "Crotti", since ancient times, "it’s sold good wine and are kept lessons of humanity", as it is written on an inscription of the year 1781.
