June) Aprica’s restaurants are offering a “Sapori di Primavera” (Spring
Flavours) menu to introduce diners to Alpine traditions through events
showcasing producers, local products and recipes that have been passed down
through the generations.
Price for person: € 35
WEEKEND OF TRADITION
Cured sausages, salami and bresaola, Casera cheese and game star on this Alpine menu, along with flavours from the woods surrounding Aprica and local wines.
WEEKEND OF SPRING
The leafy greens and flowers that emerge in spring are showcased on this menu, served with fillet of trout from Val Belviso or veal sirloin with wild mountain asparagus pouches.
MENU OF WELLBEING
Meat has been kept to a minimum to make way for dandelion, borage, edible flowers and ancient cereals such as rye, which transform the wild herbs and greens into delicious, health-giving delights.
