Wine tastings on the historic center
In the historic centre of Bormio, one of the most eagerly awaited events of the Bormio summer: the Wine Night.
The most important Valtellina wine producers will display their products in the heart of some historic courtyards: experts and amateurs alike will be invited to learn more about the features of Sassella, Grumello and, of course, Sforzato, the king of Valtellina wines.
Music and entertainment will entertain the evening.
As in previous editions, the "Cantine Aperte" (Open Cellars) itinerary offers customers the chance to enjoy 11 wine tastings, including 4 DOCG, 4 DOC-IGT and 3 Sforzati, and gastronomic tastings: pizzoccheri and sausage skewers with polenta.
Companions and children will have the opportunity to purchase the Soft Ticket, which allows them to enjoy one of the gastronomic tastings and Levissima water.
This year, in addition to the classic "Cantine Aperte" itinerary, an important new feature has been added to guarantee an even more involving and exclusive experience: the "Sfurzat Experience". In the courtyard of Casa Schena, 130 people, split in two time slots, will be able to taste 10 Sfurzat wines with the presentation by a professional sommelier accompanied by finger food and a concert by a violin and guitar duo.
