weekend this autumn, from October 25 to November 30 2025, the established
Accademia della Polenta takes over various restaurants in Val Tartano for its annual gourmet celebration of polenta with “Delizie
di Polenta” weekend events.
Expect
a delightful mix of innovative and traditional dishes.
