Gravellina
is a non-competitive cycling event that is set to win over the valley with its
first edition. Designed for gravel bikes, this unique event introduces you to
Valtellina’s most little-used backroads, gorgeous scenery, most interesting
quirks, and, naturally, delicious local food and wine.
The
positioning on the calendar – 21 and 22 September – is no coincidence: you’ll
be riding through the vines and apple orchards during peak season, just moments
before the ripe grapes are ready to be harvested.
The
route features a mix of gravel tracks and cobbled lanes, small sections of
singletrack, as well as some paved sections.
In short: everything needed for a good time.
