Gusta e vai

Nature, food and wine, the perfect combination!

Teglio, homeland of the famous pizzoccheri, invites you to a new edition of Gusta e Vai,  a food and wine tour with tasting of typical products. Departure is from location La Piana,  1.260 amsl  arriving in Bollone, a 1.425 amsl  passing by Prato Valentino. 

 Also recommended for families,  the itinerary is approximately 10 km long and can be covered on skis or snowshoes.

Gusta e Vai will start at 8.00 am with staggered departures, by reservation, in groups every 15 minutes. The event ends at stage 10 no later than 5.30 pm.

LE TAPPE
Stage 1 – Departure scheduled between 8.00 and 10.30 from the “La Piana” farmhouse, in La Piana – Altitude: 1,260 m. – Possibility of parking.
Stage 2 – Breakfast in Bollone di Sotto at “Cà di Martinei” – Altitude: 1,390 m. 
Stage 3 – “Sciatt” tasting in Bollone at “Cà del Girumin” – Altitude: 1,500 m.
Stage 4 – Tasting of Valtellina cured meats in the Agneda area at “Cà di Fiametün” – Altitude: 1,578 m. 
Stage 5 – “Scèna de dumèga” tasting in Cà Cuntin at “Cà del Nanni” – Altitude: 1,655 m.
Stage 6 – Aperitif in Prato Valentino Basso at “Cà del Baghin” – Altitude: 1,632 m.
Stage 7 – Tasting of Pizzoccheri Valtellinesi prepared by “Chalet Baita del Sole” Prato Valentino – Altitude: 1,800 m. 
Stage 8 – Cheeses with honey and jam in the Brione area at “Cà del Sain” – Altitude: 1,600 m.
Stage 9 – Tasting of typical desserts in the Verdomana area at “Cà del Ricu” in collaboration with the “Amis de San Giuàn” – Altitude: 1,500 m.
Stage 10 – Coffee and Amari, in the Bollone area at “Cà del Masot” – Altitude: 1,425 m.

Participants must have their own equipment. 
Registrations are subject to availability and will close when the maximum number of bookings is reached, and in any case no later than Sunday 26 January 2025. 
The event will take place in all weather and snow conditions.

Adults € 40 
€ 30 for children aged 11 to 15 (show up at the start with an identification document) 
FREE for children up to 10 years old (show up at departure with an identification document) 

The fee includes registration and all tastings offered along the route of the event.
