Loco di Gerola Alta are organizing the 56th edition of the Sagra del Bitto, the
annual festival dedicated to region’s most prominent cheese: Bitto.
Spread over two days, visitors can sample Bitto
cheese, enjoy the local dish of polenta taragna, discover local folklore, music and performances, visit interesting
corners of Gerola Alta, and engage in various family-friendly activities.
