For those who are not satisfied with just winter skiing, in Valtellina you can ski all year round! At the Stelvio glacier, about from the end of May to November, you can enjoy more than 20 km of slopes between the Stelvio Pass (2758 m) and Monte Cristallo (3450 m); it is an ideal environment to learn and improve your technique in any snow sport: not only snowboarding and skiing, but also cross-country skiing.
Finally it is easy to meet many of the greatest ski champions that choose the Stelvio ski area for their summer workouts!
