Cross-country skiing in Valfurva

Santa Caterina Valfurva has cross-country ski lovers covered with multiple tracks set in this winter wonderland.

The Valtellina consists of either a 5 km or 10 km circuit, which whisks you around the resort’s flatter terrain at 1,800 m.s.l, before taking you for a rollercoaster ride through the woods. More than just a physical workout, the course has been designed with some distinct technical features and a challenging downhill that hardy XC skiers really appreciate.  

A common stop for international competitions and regular host of World Cup events, the competition track shares some sections with the amateur routes that measure 2 km, 3 km and 5 km.
