The Olympic short track champion will be an ambassador for Valtellina.
The collaboration was presented to the press on March 10 in the Council Room of Palazzo Muzio, headquarters of the Province of Sondrio, in the presence of local institutions and organizations that supported the project with the aim of strengthening the valley's promotion in Italy and abroad. The idea was born before the Olympics, explained Provincial President Davide Menegola during the "Alpine Roots Olympic Hearts" evening, and was further developed thanks to the contributions of all local organizations and institutions.
This team effort involved not only the Province but also the Chamber of Commerce, which owns the Valtellina brand, BIM, APF Valtellina, and the Sondrio and Valmalenco Tourist Consortium.
