Livigno celebrates the great mountain cuisine

One of the most eagerly awaited events of the whole season is back in Livigno: on April Monday 28 and Tuesday 29, the event will pay tribute to the valley's gastronomic tradition through the memory of Mattias Peri, the first chef from Livigno and Valtellina to receive a Michelin star in 2009.

Registration fee: €80.00
Program:
- Departures start at 08:30, with a group of 50 people every 30 minutes from the Aquagranda parking lot.
- After reaching Calcheira by shuttle, participants will continue on foot, guided by a mountain guide or trekking escort, to explore Val Federia.
- Along the route, members of Assiociazione Mattias will share insights about the association's story. The journey includes stops at five mountain huts, where three renowned chefs at each stop will present their signature dish, paired with wines from Valtellina wineries.
- At the end of the experience, participants will return independently to Aquagranda along the cycle-pedestrian path.
