Unspoilt nature and abundant flora and fauna make Val Zebrù probably the most characteristic valley in the Stelvio National Park. This rough track is ideal for e-mountainbikes, passing maggenghi, typical wooden mountain chalets and mountain and Scots pine tree woods. An accessible climb, but medium/high pedal assist will be needed for some valley stretches at the start and finish. A tarmacked road leads to the Niblogo car park in Madonna dei Monti. Then a rough track into Val Zebrù, through various groups of wooden mountain chalets or baite and past the Campo mountain refuge. The hardest part is the final climb to the Baita del Pastore. To the east a glimpse of Passo Zebrù and to the north, the steep path up to the Rifugio V° Alpini. Further up, the unmistakable profile of Gran Zebrù stands proud against the rocks of Cima della Miniera.
