1. WHAT IS "ENJOY STELVIO VALTELLINA"
Enjoy Stelvio Valtellina is a non-competitive event open to all which takes place on roads closed to traffic. Cyclists must respect the highway code.
2. HIGHWAY CODE | ENVIRONMENT
In order to guarantee the safety of those taking part each event takes place based on the rules of the highway code. In the Stelvio National Park all participants are expected to respect the environment, behaviour incompatible with safeguarding the environment is not allowed.

4. SAFETY
We recommend you keep to the right both uphill and downhill. As this event is open to all, including families with children and inexpert cyclists, please moderate your speed in descent. The organisation advises all participants to use a helmet for safety reasons.
5. RESPONSABILITY
The organisers do not assume responsibility for eventual accidents or damage to people or things that occur before, during or after the event. Every participant takes part in the Enjoy Stelvio National Park events at their own risk. Each individual participant assumes all responsibility (in terms of physical and technical preparation, and with regards to the weather) for the risks in taking part, in full knowledge that the route includes ascents and descents along mountain passes. By participating the cyclist renounces all right to sue, even third parties, the organisers and all natural persons and legal entities involved in the organisation of the event.
6. FIRST AID
Availbable only on August 31 on the Stelvio Pass ride. Emergency assistance will be guaranteed for the entire route.
7. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
The organisers reserve the right to use photos and videos taken during the event by the organising committee for publicity purposes.
